1.2. Services: the website operated by the Administrator at https://www.morecode.ai/ and other services operated by the Administrator (for example: custom GPTs, AI ssistants, AI agents, mobile applications, web applications).

1.3. User: any entity using any of the Services.

1.4. Policy: this privacy policy.

2. Purpose and duration of personal data processing

2.1 The Administrator processes Users' personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds: User consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interest.

2.2. The Administrator processes Users' personal data for one or more of the following purposes:
* operation and maintenance of the Services;
* sending newsletters and other communication, with the User's consent;
* analysis and statistics related to traffic on the Services;
* marketing activities within the scope of the Services.


2.3. Personal data will be processed for the period during which the Administrator has a legal basis for their processing and as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.

3. Voluntary provision of personal data

3.1. Providing personal data to the Administrator is voluntary.

3.2. In some instances providing personal data may be necessary to deliver a Service or to use a Service.

 

3.3 We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. (You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction - typically 18 years old - you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.)

4. Personal data security

4.1. The Administrator applies organizational and technical measures, such as encryption and access controls, to protect personal data (and manage incidents) in accordance with applicable legal regulations, specifically GDPR.

5.1. The Services may use so-called cookies. The cookie files are stored on the User's device (computer, phone, etc.).

5.2. A User visiting/using a Service may consent to the use of cookies, decline consent, or limit the scope of such consent via their browser settings or through specific cookie management tools provided on the Service.

5.3. Refusing to consent to cookies or limiting such consent may prevent the full use of some of the Services.

6. Other recipients of personal data


6.1. The Administrator uses services of external entities, to which Users' personal data may be transferred (e.g. hosting service providers, analytical tools, foundational AI model providers).

6.2. A User may submit a request to the Administrator for information on which entities have received the User's personal data.

7. User rights


7.1. The User has the right to access their personal data processed by the Administrator, the right to correct, delete, or object to their processing. Users also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe their rights under GDPR have been violated. Please contact the Administrator with such requests.

 

8. Jurisdiction and governing law

This Policy and any disputes related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By accessing or using our services, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Poland. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

9.1. The Policy may be subject to changes. The version number of the current Policy is indicated below. The Administrator commits to informing Users about significant changes to the Policy, particularly those affecting personal data processing, by publishing the updated version on the website mentioned above or through direct communication where applicable.
